My black heart's longing
has come to an end
My eye has found
My northern dark deep
A long journey is over
here by the land of the black seas
my mind will dwell
The oldest forests are laid behind me
Their elongated shadow settles
Like the deep carpet that is above me
And hides me and my soul
Here by the kingdom of the gloomy seas
Where the otherworldly darkness stirs
As I sink into the black gap< br/>Do the frozen depths give me their cold call sign
The dark halls of the beyond greet me with their silky blackness
It finally extinguishes the glow of my body, which lives deep here
in the veil of my black heart.
The old kingdom I have now found
My satisfaction is deep
A golden black starry sky reveals itself
to my steel blue ¸yne
But I realize now that all I need is back
To the land of the deep seas
