I can stand here and tell you,
I got it all figured out
And that I never questioned God or disobeyed.
But you will never know the times,
I still struggle with doubt
And how easily my heart is drawn away.
Still I want to be like Jesus,
I want to trust Him more and I will, yes I will
But I am not there yet,
I'm just on my way and I get a little closer every day.

He is molding me with every passing day,
but at times I get so restless,
Wondering if I will ever change,
and I'm even tempted to just walk away.
