Oh I love to eat mom's ravioli
She serves it with hot minestrone
As a side she prepares macaroni
For dessert it is always cannoli
She won't dare prepare fresh fajitas
Or huevos like most señoritas
Never sushi, and not teriyaki
She drinks vino, she doesn't drink saki
Never couscous or deep fried tabbouleh
They are foods she finds truly unruly
We've tried hummus, falafal and chick peas
