Rejoice, we're finally out at sea again
With all our ties to land cast off
The last of it, went under with the sun
The night that surrounds us now
The sails have to be pulled in
The others lie asleep below
Only the stars up here to keep me company
On this mutual and vacant sea
Nearer hand, lie unseen, unnamed ocean waves
Where humpback whales glide and sing
All at a magestic, glacial pace
Great, gental cloud like waves drift with the currents
too slow to exist
