By and large he was well accustomed
To the twists and turns of the higher plane
But as the story got closer to the finish

And randomly signed up to a charitable cause
That seemed most likely to fail without a trace
While operating within the law
And no one knew just where he had gone
Or why anyone would want to pick up the trail

The plane touched down outside of Argentina
On a private runway near a sunny beach
He stepped down onto the tarmac
