As the shadows of life
Fades into night’s mist
Death’s darkened angel
Delivers me to darkness
Among the graves I lie
A forgotten soul to rest
Faded memories remain
Of Death’s twilight kiss

Beneath the November winds
Shrouded in darkness I sleep
Echoes of my solemn hymn
Visions of my life
