When I was seventeen I read a quote that went like.,
If today was your last some day you will most certinly be right.
It made an impression on me,
and since thirty years,
I looked in the mirror and ask myself,
if today was my last would I want to do
what I am about to do.
And ever since the answer was no for to many days in a row.
I know I need to change,
remembering all these deaths,
is the most important tool I have ever encounter.
to help me make the choices in life,
because almost everything all
the external expectations, to all the pride,
of all of fear and embarssment,
These things just fall away in the face of death
Leaving What is truely important,
remembering you are already going to die.
Is the best way I know to avoid the trap of something you have to lose.
You are already naked, there are no reason not to follow your heart.
