Bretton Woods a fistful of zim dollars

1
Rhodesia ain't - what it used to be
They took my land away from me
And all I had - went up in smoke
And now I'm landless - sad and broke
It all went to pieces last fiscal year
The hyper inflation has spoiled my career
I'm wearing rags now - stuck in this loam
Please undertaker - come take me home
I wore shoestring neckties - and white collars too
Had a fistful of Zim Dollars
I had - I had a few
The inflation of the dollar changed the color of my collar
Now my collars and I have turned blue
The life that I used to lead
Seems like a dream
The currency's pulling the nation down stream
River Zambezi's - taking me down
Down to the ocean - Where I shall drown
