Well the waves were crashin'
yes they were splashin'
on the shore
And the moon was dancin'
reflectin', flashin'
just like before
And the sun was sinkin'
the waters drinkin' in the rays

still the highlight
of my days
Well we bought a sixer
and took a picture
of the setting sun
and we built a fire
and stacked it higher
when the sun was done
And we smoked a number
that put me under now
I recall
with my arms around her
so glad I found her
after all
Oh yeah!
Well the day is done
and it's all over
it's home to bed
as I try to remember
and try to forget some
things we said
All my memories
just one small old place
come back and stay!
