i would like to have another moon
to give this town another eary light
and when one moon was full, the other would be new
and each would wax and weigh in a different way on every night
if there was another moon the whole world could share
if there was another moon I'd be happy just to stare
cause I'd have the moon to look at
since i cant look now
at the moon that just reminds me of you
another moon would change tomorrow's luck
and make the stars all blink another way
the tide would have to change
new creatures might just crawl
between the depths and shadows we'd see life a different way
