Jenny Wilson the path

I wanted to be born
so I crawled out in the middle of the night
Out of my mother
I looked at the stars
and I looked at the bushes
then I crawled along the path
Whistling*
In a pair of dusty shoes
I walked a long my youth
I was left with a number of needs to please
The more I walked the more they increased
we have to eat bring us food for peace!
And quicker than you turn a silver coin
The magic, the childhood
the night was all gone
Oh will I always walk alone?
Oh man I think so
Oh will I always walk alone?
Oh man they say so
Later on
I found me a horse and a rifle
This power should save my lif
Bang! I fired a shot in the sky
For gods sake someone could have died
And the horse it kicked backwards (ooh)
And the hoove it hit my head (Auch!)
Then I was all knocked out
for a decade
Oh will I always walk alone?
Oh man I think so
Oh will I always walk alone?
Oh man they say so
Ten years later I opened my eyes
I stared at the bushes and searched the sky
how many losses?
How many earnings?
Do I know love, or only yearning?
No one lay here next to the fire
with a baby born on my chest to admire
Dont crawl away from me yet little boy
I know a path but it can wait little boy
