I see myself
on the street
and I'm thrilled
I speak to myself
courageously

I chat with myself

I realize that I

Then it's evening and
I invite myself
for pizza
it tastes like never before
then I stroll with myself
for a while longer past the shop windows
and when I feel that it's time
I say to myself:
we're going to mine
At home we'll listen to
Theodorakis
Candlelight
I read two more poems
by F. C. Delius to myself
then I stroke myself gently
and finally
I sleep with myself
The next morning is
a sad day
I open my eyes gently
look around
but the bed next to me
is empty
I am apparently
already gone
and I don't even know
my name
