What will remain of the 80s
Years like days that have flown by
Short frames or trains in the tunnel
It's a greenhouse effect that dissolves happiness
of our desires and our jeans what will remain.
Of these cursed years inside your eyes
years full of holes and distracted us, victims of ourselves
now, however, it costs us not to love each other anymore
It's a pain hidden deep down in the soul. What will remain of these Eighties, grasped and already slipped away... and the radio sings a truth inside a lie.
Years dancing, dancing Reagan-Gorbachev
dance world hunger a tragic rondo.
We are more and more alone single half 
years on school books and then what will it be for.
Years of violent love arguing in the streets
you and I always ready for new geometries
years empty like cans abandoned there
now that we are at the end of this eternity...< br/>...who will take the photograph...

...Rampant years of smiling wind-surfing myths
have already become graffiti and everyone thinks for themselves
maybe tomorrow at this time I will never have existed< br/>And the feelings you feel will go away like spray.

Real years of advertising, but what will remain 
happy and depressed years of madness and lucidity 
they already seem like the Eighties
for us almost eighty years ago...
