Rivers move a mountain

Here I stand on your front porch.
I still have a key but I knock on the door.
It's me and some awkardness we can try to ignore.
You let me in,
I try not to shake.
What used to be home smells like heartbrake.
I can see you moved the couch to where you've always wanted it.
And you know you where right, you know you where right.
There where times that I would try to move a mountain for you.
There where nights that I couldn't sleep
if I wasn't next to you.
Try to talk over thee.
You say you're doing good and so's your family.
And I can only think that means you're not been missing me.
I take my stuff some memory's.
I'd leave them for you but I figure their the last thing you need.
The posters I gave you are off the wall.
Replaced by pictures of people that I don't recall.
And i've run out of words 'cause everything says.
There where times that I would try to move a mountain for you.
There where nights that I couldn't sleep
if I wasn't next to you.
Everything has changed
in so many ways.
The sad part of living is leaving people behind.
And now I say goodbye to my own life.
There where times that I would try to move a mountain for you.
There where nights that I couldn't sleep
if I wasn't next to you.
There where times that I would try to move a mountain for you.
There where nights that I couldn't sleep
if I wasn't next to you.
And I run out of words.
'Cause everything says.
Everything says you've moved on
