So many things in this world
that try keep me down
and keep me away from you.
You know I may fall in sin;
and I may fall every now and then.
I know that you want to pick me back up
and I will repent from those sins
and come back to you Father.
But I can't keep doing the same thing over again LORD.
I need you to come rescue me.
I know I sin against you Lord
and now I feel so phoney,
I'm out here preaching CHRIST,
but inside I feel so lonely;
you say you really know me-
but am I knowing YOU.
It's like all the things
I wish I didn't do do.
How could ya want me back -
the stacks of sin are so outrageous
and when I sin in Church,
I'm tired of feeling all the fakeness.
The sin I know ya hate this,
how could ya want me back?
Even though I repent daily,
there something that I lack.
It's in my heart, on my mind,
LORD help me out.
The battle within the Spirit is trying to take me out.
The harder that I press, the harder that it seems to be.
I'm calling on ya Lord,
I need you to come rescue me.

Though everything is clear - love me so

Sometimes I feel so hopeless help me understand your word
I know my flesh is weak but help me understand this hurt

in everyone I do
This world is filled with lies
help me understand your truth
