Tanya Auclair plane trails

Once upon a time,
I believed the sky was mine.
Once upon a time,
on to the plane trails I would climb
all the way to Canada,
or Africa,
or where ever I like.
Once upon a time,
I could get there with my mind.
take your time.
a swift pair pair of heels.
Or the trail,
goes and disappears.
Lying in the backseat of my mind,
do all five,
Wheeling the sky to be the floor,
and the flow of the sky.
Oh it worked,
in time and space,
and up there,
its the sweetest blue you've heard, oh.
But you try, and take your time.
Just show, a swift pair of heels.
Or the trail,
goes and disappears.
(disappears)
Then one day the sky fell down.
I grew up and turned a frown.
Wishes, wishes burrow on the ground.
Like I forgot, that muscle
under the pride and bustle.
Then one day the sky fell down.
I grew up and turned a frown.
Wishes burrow on the ground.
Like I forgot, that muscle
under the pride and bustle.
You, can't take your time.
Must, show a swift pair of heels.
Or the trail goes and disappears.
(or the trail, goes and disappears)
(disappears)
(oh the trail, disappears)
Or the trail goes and disppears.
