The Strugglers redeployment

In the red glow of being
Right in the sunlight
With my eyes closed
I am seeing
About what I can't shut out
The last of the summer
Heat is bearing down
And it's hard for me to move
When all my senses do
Is improve and improve
The volume of the news
On it's way through me with the light
It's too loud to shut out
It's too much to get right
Watching the war on the poor
And the strings no one sees
I wish that I could stay
This angry
But I find myself questioning
Slow in the sun
And I know the world
I know the world
Will not hold up
