sometimes i feel delusional
simply because
of how society is

was i deluded
i was learning as student
got my degree, spending a year
with this mic cause i aint using it
now i'm in debt that i don't plan to pay
now i'm using my head
and i'm getting paid
i need
sustainability cause
i'm singing, more than i need
My skull is like a prison
for my mind so my brain
is really searching for tranquility
But i'm bad like mike
and it's all in my billiy jeans
applying for jobs
hoping the consider me
but when i don't get the job
i don't feel it's racism
i feel it's years of ignorance and greed
and the outcome has effect on the whole of the economy
So money ain't easy to come bye
so people come by
what they need
but what we need is free
which is opportunity
don't know the rest!!
